 Canyon
Country is truly immense - 137,000 square miles - the
size of West & East Germany combined!
It's complex network of deep canyons, high mesas and
harsh deserts mean there are few paved roads to
travel in the entire region, few small towns, and
no cities. Exploring this country can be
daunting to locals, and maddening to the
uninitiated visitor!
Our crew of guides certainly
knows the intricacies of the vast, complex Grand Canyon
Country
- and having explored a bit of the globe ourselves, we know the
"in's and out's" of
what makes traveling rewarding and
comfortable -
from the travelers perspective!
This means that we can get you
to the best places, help you explore them on
Foot, Horseback, Raft, Mountain Bike, or 4x4, and then get you to a
wonderful room and excellent - not
just average - meal in a timeframe that has taken
years to
perfect and is simply impossible to do on your own.
Additionally, our
insistence on working in only the smallest groups
possible (usually 4, no more than 6 guests per trip)
insures that each of our guests will have an up
close and personal experience with the
incredible Canyon Country wonders we visit - not just a
rush through. This is precisely why

Perhaps this is your
first trip to the Southwest, perhaps this is the

so much here in the Southwest (the Grand Canyon
itself is comparable to Switzerland in size), there's no
